Privacy policy

Last updated April 2026

This policy explains what data Outpost collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the point is for you to actually read it.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email, company, and what you do inside Outpost.
  • Billing data: handled by our payment processor. We never see your card number.
  • Usage data: anonymised product analytics so we can fix the rough edges.
  • Waitlist data: anything you submit on the waitlist form. Stored securely and used only to contact you about access.

What we do with it

  • Run Outpost for you: sourcing, enrichment, qualification, export.
  • Bill you and keep tax records.
  • Email you about Outpost. You can opt out of product updates at any time. Account-critical emails cannot be opted out of.
  • Improve the product.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not train AI models on your customer lists.
  • We do not share your data with third parties except our processors (listed on request).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@outpost.app and a human will reply within 30 days (usually within one business day).

Security

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the smallest number of people who need it. We audit access quarterly.
