These terms cover your use of Outpost. If you use Outpost, you agree to them. If that is a problem, do not use Outpost.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens on your account. Share credentials at your own risk.

What you can do

You can use Outpost to run legitimate outbound to businesses. You can export your data at any time. You can cancel at any time.

What you cannot do

• Send spam, phishing, or otherwise abusive messages.
• Scrape Outpost or reverse engineer it.
• Use Outpost in any way that violates applicable law, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and similar regimes.
• Target consumers without their consent. Outpost is for B2B outbound.

Billing

Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Usage charges for lead sourcing and enrichment are billed monthly. Refunds are handled case by case and are usually approved.

Beta software

Outpost is in private beta. Things will break. We will fix them quickly. Do not use Outpost as the only source of truth for anything critical during beta.

Liability

Outpost is provided as-is during beta. Our liability is capped at what you have paid us in the last 12 months. The usual.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material we will email you before they take effect.
